Memorial Day Extraganza

Kyle and I decided to take advantage of having today off and tried to fill the day with lots of activities! We slept in and then went to breakfast at Denny's.

Afterwards we went and helped his buddy move a few things into their new place.

Then we went golfing with another couple. Kyle is determined to make me a professinal golfer! I kind of have a hard time hitting the ball because I move my head too much when I swing to kyle is brave enough to hold my head down so I can hit the ball!

After golfing kyle made some delicious burgers and we watched the movie The Bucket List, which we highly recommend to anyone who has not seen it. Then we were gonna go fishing but the weather turned on us. Fortunately Kevin invited us over for ice cream so we had a perfect ending to our day together!

Last weekend Kyle and I had a barbecue for some of our friends that were in our old ward and one of them needed some help moving so we helped them load and then unload and where were unloaded was at our friends grandma's house who happens to live by a golf course and had a box full of golf balls, needless to say that Kyle was more than happy to take them off their hands! Kyle got about 300 golf balls that night!

Trip to Star Valley

Last Sunday Kyle and I drove to Star Valley, WY because one of my old roommates got back from her mission and we went there to listen to her homecoming talk. It is a pretty small town and we saw some deer as we drove through town. Unofrtuantely though I forgot to get a pic with my friend! But it sure was a pretty drive and we enjoyed being there for her.

A couple weekends ago Kyle's mom got her associates degree, she only has one more semester till she finishes her Bachelor's degree and she will finish that in December. We are so proud of her and were so glad to make it over to Boise to see her. Afterwards we went to this really yummy burger place to celebrate.

For my nephew's 3rd birthday this year his parents gave him a party at Check E Cheese and he had so much fun!

Listen to Wes closely and see if you can tell how excited he is to go to Chuck E Cheese! One thing Kyle likes to do when we go over to Kevins is to have the kids race around the house...they love it as he tells them how many more laps they have! However this time, Wesley just started doing this on his own, running around the kitchen saying...Chuck E Cheese, where a kid can be a kid!

Weekend at the Cabin

A couple weekends ago Kyle and I went up to the cabin with another couple. We had a fun relaxing weekend and we saw two moose! Here is a mom and its baby. We stayed in the car to look at them - we always enjoy seeing wildlife up there.

Since we moved in with Kyle's grandma we had to get another car so Kyle could get to school and me my job so here is kyle - so happy to have an SUV.

Graduation!

This is me with one of my very best friends from college, Joslyn. We were in the same major, had a lot of classes together and worked together last summer and fall. We share lots of memories and I am so grateful to her for her friendship!

This is me with Joslyn and my other friend Jessica. I only knew Jessica my last semester but she became one of my friends and she also one of Joslyn's roommates.

I was so grateful for not only my family coming to support me but Kyle's as well!
