Weekend in SLC

We went down to SLC last weekend because Kyle's grandma needed us to bring her back so we took the opportunity to spend time with one of Kyle's old mission buddies and his wife. We spend part of the evening on Temple Square looking at all the lights and took lots of pictures. Even though Rosanne wasn't feeling 100 % she was kind enough to let us stay with her at her apartment and we were able to spend a little time with her which we enjoyed!

Trees as big as this one can take 3-4 weeks to put the lights on!

It was hard to get a good picure of Tyler because he is a pretty busy body but this one is still pretty cute!

Becky had cookies for the boys to frost but we enjoyed it too!

Kevin and Becky were kind enough to let us borrow thier old Christmas tree- its perfect for your little place!

FHE with our friends

A couple weeks before Halloween Kyle and I got together with a couple other couples for FHE and we had a lesson made Carmel apples and watched a movie, it was fun.

We bought a new car!

We had to trade in Kyle's Pathfinder because it was giving us problems so we brought a 2007 Honda Civic. We are excited to have a nice car but won't be spending any extra money for a while :-)
